My story with embroidery began in 2004, when my two boys were little. My mom and I each purchased a Bernina Deco 300 embroidery machine, and neither of us could have known where that first embroidery machine would eventually lead.
In the beginning, we made embroidered shirts for mothers and grandmothers, often featuring the names of their children and grandchildren. We had so much fun choosing designs, stitching names, and creating gifts that were personal and meaningful.
We also enjoyed taking our creations to local craft fairs. We'd set up our tables together, visit with customers, and sell our embroidered gifts. Those days were about much more than running a business—they gave me precious time with my mom while I was raising my children.
And I loved that embroidery allowed me to build a business around my family. I could work from home and fit my business around my boys' schedules while doing something creative that I genuinely enjoyed.
How My Embroidery Business Grew
As the years passed, my little embroidery business grew. I eventually added a website and began offering more than embroidered clothing. I discovered how much I loved personalizing baby gifts and children's gifts, especially soft and cuddly items that could become keepsakes.
There is something special about seeing a baby's name beautifully embroidered on a blanket, lovey, stuffed animal, or other baby gift. A simple gift becomes something uniquely theirs.
As my business continued to grow, I was fortunate to add several more advanced embroidery machines, including a six-needle embroidery machine. It has allowed me to expand the selection of personalized products I can offer while continuing to put care into each embroidered gift.

My boys are grown now, but I still love everything about the baby years.
Maybe it's because I remember how quickly my own children grew. Those tiny stages don't last nearly long enough, and I understand why parents and grandparents want to hold onto those memories.

When I look back to 2004, I'm amazed at how much has changed. The little embroidery machine my mom and I purchased has grown into a business that has been part of my life for more than two decades.

Most of all, I'm grateful to my mom for encouraging me to start this journey. What began as something fun for the two of us became a business that has given me years of creativity, flexibility, wonderful customers, and so many meaningful memories.
